Fresh, local, biologic

The basis of the cuisine of Tenuta Pinto are the products of our farm. Oil, vegetables, fruit, aromatic herbs, legumes, preserves: each ingredient is grown, harvested and processed in the Masseria, following the rhythms of the seasons.

In our dishes there is love for our land and respect for its rhythms and needs. We cultivate with care, to take care of our diet.

Chef Giuseppe Pedone: tradition and experimentation

After his experience with Parisian nouvelle cuisine and in starred restaurants around the world, Chef Giuseppe Pedone returns to his homeland to give life, at Tenuta Pinto, to a new idea of cuisine.

Tradition and rediscovery, technique and inspiration, precision and contamination. In the chef’s dishes there is his whole world: his origins, his travels and a real and unprecedented Puglia.

The vegetable garden: the green heart of Tenuta Pinto

The vegetable garden is the link with our origins and with the peasant past of the Pinto family. Each product ends up in the pantry of our kitchen, to enhance the aromas and flavors of our dishes.

Who takes care of the land and crops is Denis, an attentive and wise guardian of the work in the field and the health of our ecosystem.
